Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2024

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with CMI Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CMI Limo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Reservations & Deposits

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit confirms your reservation and removes the time slot from availability.

Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received and processed. CMI Limo reserves the right to release any unconfirmed reservation.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due according to the following schedule:

  • Same-day or next-day bookings: Full payment is due immediately at the time of booking.
  • Bookings 2+ days in advance: Balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled service.

A payment link will be sent to your email address. Failure to complete the balance payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at (615) 610-0488 or booking@cmilimo.com.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: deposit is forfeited, but any balance paid beyond the deposit may be credited toward a future booking at CMI Limo's discretion.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: no refund will be issued for any amounts paid.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to vehicle availability. CMI Limo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking at no additional charge.

6. Vehicle & Capacity

CMI Limo operates a single premium Sprinter van with a maximum capacity of 7 passengers. All passengers must be seated and wearing seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.

CMI Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and the vehicle. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
  • Excessive noise that may distract the driver
  • Damage or defacement of the vehicle
  • Illegal substances or activities

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be billed to the customer on file. CMI Limo reserves the right to terminate a trip at any time if passenger conduct endangers the safety of any party, with no refund issued.

8. Wait Time & Delays

CMI Limo provides a 15-minute grace period for all pickups at no additional charge. Wait time beyond 15 minutes may be subject to an additional hourly fee.

For airport pickups, CMI Limo monitors your flight and adjusts pickup times accordingly. CMI Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Liability Limitation

CMI Limo carries appropriate commercial insurance. However, CMI Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our transportation services.

CMI Limo is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to check for personal belongings upon exiting. Found items will be held for 7 days and may be retrieved by contacting us directly.

10. Force Majeure

CMI Limo shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, mechanical failure, or other emergencies. In such cases, CMI Limo will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services. CMI Limo does not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
